We are hiring a new Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Belux team.Reporting to the HRBP, this person will focus on managing full-cycle recruitment and meeting hiring objectives by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.This person will also ensure diversity, equity and inclusion, while giving an excellent candidate experience.The role involves optimising recruitment processes and promoting a strong employer brand.

Must Have
We are looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in either recruitment agencies or corporate environments
- multilingual knowledge in French, Dutch and English at a professional level
- knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment and Employer Branding best practices and strategies
- experience with Talent Attraction DEI strategies
- knowledge of competency-based assessments
- experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Nice to Have- Data driven with analytical mindset
- Communication and Relationships Building skills
- Stakeholders partnership experience
- Time management and prioritization skills
