Within To further support and develop our Automation and Digitalisation process in Zeebruges or Antwerp, CLdN is looking for a dynamic Product Owner. Your role As a Digital Workplace Product Owner, you will play a key role in our vision on Automation and Digitalisation by further designing, developing, and managing CLdN’s digital workplace (currently based on Microsoft 365 technologies) by making available and integrating these tools into business processes. Your role will involve overseeing the entire lifecycle of these products, from strategy development to implementation and continuous improvement. Working closely with various departments and stakeholders, including Management, HR, IT and Business Process Management, you will also collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the seamless integration and functioning of DWP Tools Supported by the Business Process Management team, IT Applications and IT Systems departments, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage the CLdN digital workplace by providing solutions for non-application-driven business processes using modern Digital Workplace tools such as the Microsoft 365 environment. Oversee the lifecycle of DWP (such as Office 365) products including planning, development, deployment, and maintenance in collaboration with IT systems & Applications. Create a detailed roadmap outlining the integration phases, timelines, and milestones, related to CLdN DWP. Engage key stakeholders from various departments to understand their requirements and expectations from the CLdN digital workplace. Manage and oversee the tasks of the Digital Workplace Tech Support Officer. Select, in collaboration with BPM & IT departments, additional integration tools and platforms that enhance the CLdN DWP. Identify opportunities for improvements and recommend useful tools in the DWP technologies. Establish and enforce governance policies for the use of DWP applications, ensuring compliance and best practices. Define roles and responsibilities, usage policies, and compliance requirements. Set up continuous monitoring and auditing processes to track usage, detect anomalies, and ensure adherence to governance policies in collaboration with IT Systems. Implement change management strategies to address user adoption of DWP tools. Engage key users and provide continuous support to ease the transition to new way of working. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the DWP.
