Are you ready to make a real impact? As the CEO’s Personal Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our company’s daily operations. This isn’t just an admin role; you’ll be the CEO's right hand, anticipating her needs, managing her schedule, and preparing key communications & presentations — all with confidence and discretion. Your support will allow her to focus on what matters most: driving our organization forward. As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless interactions, build strong relationships, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

Wie zoeken we?

Experienced & Organized: You excel at juggling priorities with ease, especially in a dynamic environment. MS Office is second nature to you. Multilingual Communicator: Your mother tongue is either French or Dutch, with a strong command of the other language and you're also fluent in English, allowing you to confidently handle professional interactions in an international setting. Proactive & Discreet: You think ahead, anticipate challenges, and handle confidential matters with utmost care. Positive & Collaborative: Your enthusiasm and team spirit help create an upbeat work environment, where the CEO can count on your support every day.
