Discover a world full of opportunities and extra benefits! What will you be doing at Agristo? You are responsible for setting up, starting up, operating and converting fully automated packaging lines. During the process, you monitor the good operation of the packaging lines, if necessary you critically question their operation and suggest improvements to your team leader. You solve malfunctions or pass on the correct information to our technical colleagues. You always have an eye for quality while performing your job and carry out the necessary checks for this. Fulfilling additional tasks in function of the department's needs (cardboard, cleaning, rework, forklift truck, foil, etc.).
Wie zoeken we?
You have an A2 education in a technical field or have a strong affinity for technology or equivalent through experience You are quality-conscious, have clear technical insight and a first experience with automated packaging lines is a plus. You have a first experience as an operator You have an affinity with food You have strong communication skills and a flexible attitude. You are an authentic team player and a champion of cooperation. You are willing to work in the nightshift (21h -5h)
Toezicht houden op het functioneren van de machines en toestellen en indien nodig eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren
De instellingen van de machines (kleppen, vijzels, ...), controleautomaten of meetapparaten aanpassen
Productiegegevens van installaties opvolgen, analyseren en bijsturen
De toevoer van machines of installaties en de doorstroming van grondstoffen of producten controleren
Gegevens voor productieopvolging registreren De informatie doorgeven aan de betrokkenen
De staat en de netheid van de toestellen (weegschaal, maalmachine, kookkuip, ovens, ...) en van de werkpost controleren en onderhouden
De verpakking en etikettering van producten controleren (luchtdichtheid, gewicht, vervaldatum) of manueel verpakken
Stalen nemen van stoffen of producten, een referentie geven en voor analyse registreren
De productiegegevens selecteren en de parameters instellen (hoeveelheid, dosering, mengeling, ...)
Vleeswaren, groenten, ... en voedingsproducten controleren
Onderdelen, machine-uitrustingen, ... monteren of demonteren
