Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Antwerp. In this role, you'll focus on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, driving business growth, and offering tailored shipping solutions to meet clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Schedule and conduct regular meetings with existing clients to nurture relationships and explore new business opportunities. Sales Planning & Reporting: Maintain an active sales plan and ensure all interactions are documented in our CRM within 48 hours. Track sales activities, visits, and results. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand the client base. Quotation & Tender Management: Coordinate quotes and tenders for customers, collaborating with internal teams to provide competitive and timely offers. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer solutions.

Wie zoeken we?

Who We’re Looking For: Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the shipping industry, particularly forwarding and LCL (Less-than-Container Load). Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Knowledge of French and/or German is also required. Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented approach. Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take the initiative in generating new business. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel, including to Germany as needed.
