As the Business Development Manager for Germany and Austria, you will be responsible for driving growth with both existing and new customers in these regions. Working closely with our headquarters in Belgium and our local partners—who are responsible for the installation and service of our projects—you will play a key role in strengthening our presence and achieving sales goals. Your key responsibilities include:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within Germany and Austria.
Collaborating with local partners and the Belgian team to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
Focusing on building strong customer relationships, managing the sales process, and successfully closing deals.
Developing strategies to drive and optimize ARDIS's growth in these regions.
Taking a high level of autonomy and responsibility to make impactful decisions.

Strong commercial skills, with experience in B2B software sales or the cutting industry.
Technical insight to translate production challenges into software solutions.
An entrepreneurial mindset, a dynamic approach, and the willingness to travel frequently within Germany, Austria, and to Belgium.

Bestellingen registreren Voorwaarden controleren (leveringstermijnen, verpakkingswijze, ...)De klant of de verkoper erover inlichten
Telefonische oproepen ontvangen Klanten informeren (opvolging van de bestelling, informatie, ...)
Kostenramingen opstellen Technische en commerciële gegevens overmaken aan klanten, verkopers, ... (planning, prijs, betaling, ...)
Met de klant onderhandelen over de voorwaarden van de verkoopovereenkomst
Administratieve of commerciële activiteiten uitvoeren in een internationale context
