BUSINESS ANALYST Place: Olen Type: Full-Time/Hybrid Level: Medior You will make an impact in the following way: Support finance functions as a reporting specialist, ensuring correct and timely reporting. Manage databases and produce business and financial reports essential for analysis. Track R&D and project-related costs and timing for accurate budget oversight. Coordinate and support SAP integration for finance and project controlling. Support month-end closing activities for FP&A and BAC functions. What you will bring: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant experience. Technical Skills: Strong technological affinity with SQL knowledge to manage databases and data cubes. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and draw meaningful conclusions. ERP Knowledge: SAP experience is essential; Navision experience is a plus. Languages: Fluency in English is essential, fluency in Dutch is a plus. Mindset: Hands-on mentality, with an ability to lead and support finance improvement projects.
